A single WhatsApp message, opened with the guest's own name from your list. The invitation arrives as a photograph inside the chat — not a link, not an attachment — with the venue, the date and two buttons. Guests reply by tapping, not typing, which is the single biggest reason more of them reply at all.رسالة واتساب واحدة تبدأ باسم الضيف كما في قائمتكم. تصل الدعوة كصورة داخل المحادثة — لا رابط ولا مرفق — مع المكان والتاريخ وزرّين. يردّ الضيوف بضغطة لا بكتابة، وهذا أكبر سبب لارتفاع نسبة الردود.

Couples are asked about the second person by name; larger families are asked for a number. Nobody is asked twice.الأزواج يُسألون عن الشخص الثاني باسمه، والعائلات الكبيرة عن العدد. لا أحد يُسأل مرتين.

Written replies in Arabic or English are understood too — nobody is turned away for answering in their own words.الردود المكتوبة بالعربية أو الإنجليزية مفهومة أيضاً — لا أحد يُستبعد لأنه أجاب بكلماته.

The bride and groom get a private page: a countdown, the RSVP figures as they change, and on the night the arrivals with their times and first names. The family portal opens with an event code and a password, in Arabic or English. No phone numbers appear anywhere on either.للعروسين صفحة خاصة: عدّ تنازلي، وأرقام التأكيدات وهي تتغيّر، وفي ليلة الحفل الواصلون بأوقاتهم وأسمائهم الأولى. وبوابة العائلة تُفتح برمز المناسبة وكلمة مرور، بالعربية أو الإنجليزية. لا تظهر أرقام هواتف في أيّ منهما.

Every entry card admits once; the rule lives in our database, so two doors scanning at the same moment cannot admit the same card twice.كل بطاقة تُدخل مرة واحدة؛ القاعدة في قاعدة بياناتنا، فبابان يمسحان في اللحظة نفسها لا يُدخلان البطاقة مرتين.

Each guest's link is unguessable and shows them their own invitation only — never the list.رابط كل ضيف لا يمكن تخمينه، ويُظهر دعوته فقط — لا القائمة.

Do my guests need to download an app?هل يحتاج ضيوفي لتحميل تطبيق؟

No. Everything arrives in an ordinary WhatsApp conversation and opens in the phone's browser. It behaves the same on iPhone and Android, and works for guests outside the UAE.لا. كل شيء يصل في محادثة واتساب عادية ويُفتح في متصفّح الهاتف. يعمل بالطريقة نفسها على آيفون وأندرويد، وللضيوف خارج الإمارات أيضاً.

What stops someone forwarding their entry card?ما الذي يمنع تمرير بطاقة الدخول لشخص آخر؟

Each card admits one entry, once. The first scan at the door uses it up, and the rule is enforced in our system rather than on the scanning phone — a forwarded card will not get a second person in.كل بطاقة تُدخل شخصاً واحداً مرة واحدة. أول مسح عند الباب يستهلكها، والقاعدة يفرضها نظامنا لا هاتف الماسح — فالبطاقة الممرَّرة لن تُدخل شخصاً ثانياً.

What about large families where the number isn't known in advance?ماذا عن العائلات الكبيرة التي لا يُعرف عددها مسبقاً؟

They say yes with one tap and either add their companions' names on the page or are asked for a number afterwards. Until they give one, they are listed for you separately as "to confirm", so nobody is guessed and nobody is forgotten.يؤكّدون الحضور بضغطة، ثم يضيفون أسماء مرافقيهم في الصفحة أو يُسألون عن العدد لاحقاً. وإلى أن يجيبوا، تُدرجهم القائمة لكم بشكل منفصل «بانتظار العدد»، فلا أحد يُخمَّن ولا أحد يُنسى.

Will it work in Arabic?هل يعمل بالعربية؟

Yes. The cover, the invitation, the buttons, the RSVP page, the entry card and the family portal can be in Arabic, English or both, and written replies in either language are understood.نعم. الغلاف والدعوة والأزرار وصفحة التأكيد وبطاقة الدخول وبوابة العائلة يمكن أن تكون بالعربية أو الإنجليزية أو كليهما، والردود المكتوبة بأي منهما مفهومة.

Can we still have printed cards too?هل يمكننا الاحتفاظ ببطاقات مطبوعة أيضاً؟

Yes. Many families use an elegant printed card for close relatives alongside the digital invitation and QR entry for the wider guest list.نعم. كثير من العائلات تستخدم بطاقة مطبوعة أنيقة للأقارب المقرّبين إلى جانب الدعوة الرقمية والدخول بـ QR لبقية الضيوف.

Who can see our guest list?من يستطيع رؤية قائمة ضيوفنا؟

Only the Monasabat staff running your wedding, behind a login. Guests see their own invitation only, and the couple and family portals show arrivals and counts without any phone numbers.فقط فريق مناسبات الذي يدير عرسكم، خلف تسجيل دخول. الضيوف يرون دعوتهم فقط، وبوابتا العروسين والعائلة تعرضان الحضور والأعداد بدون أي أرقام هواتف.
